Cave Dwellers

The old mine buildings are home to Geevor's nocturnal animals.

Their walls have holes and ledges where small mammals and birds shelter during the day. Bats are perfectly adapted to cave life - using their claws to hang upside down in dark depths. Open shafts allow bats and owls to easily swoop in and out while hunting. Barn Owls enjoy the open landscape at Geevor. Though mainly nocturnal they can be spotted during the day.
